I made these delicious cupcakes about for the first time last winter, when the weather was so cold, the only thing I wanted to do was to snuggle up in bed with a hot cup of coco! The idea came from my flatmate, Timea, who like me, was in need of something sweet and warm. Both the “cup” and “saucer” are eatable, and made from Masse Tichino, which is a great brand for sugar-paste to use for both decorating and frosting cakes! it holds well and has a wonderful taste and sent. I inside, the “cup”, hides a Devil’s Food cupcake, topped with chocolate gaucheness, to give it a shiny, liquid-like look.
